Trading Terms & Conditions

Our current pricelist is available on the Mediterranean Markets web site. All prices quoted are exclusive of freight and 10% GST.

Once you have become an approved stockist for Mediterranean Markets, you will be able to purchase products at wholesale prices. Minimum orders are $300 for both the Ivory House and Durance ranges. (Excluding GST and freight charges)

All opening orders are on a proforma basis with goods being dispatched once full payment has been received. After that a credit account can be established.

Goods are only held for 2 weeks from the invoice date of all proforma orders.

Our trading terms are 14 days with a 2.5% discount if payment is received within 7 days from the date of invoice. This is only applicable to payment received by cheque or direct bank deposit. No credit card discounts are available.

If payment is nor received within 90 days, a debt collector will be employed to retrieve funds and all costs may be payable by the debtor. ALL future orders will revert back to a proforma basis.

Payment methods - Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or direct bank deposit. Amex & Diners cards are not accepted.

In the unfortunate event of a damaged item, we must be notified within 7 days. Claims must be made in writing and all returns must be authorised.

Backordered stock is still considered an order and can only be cancelled in writing. These items will be dispatched as they arrive into stock.

All goods remain the property of Mediterranean Markets until full payment has been received
